Evaluating the Program

In order to effectively monitor the program, and ensure its success, encourage employees to provide continual feedback on the program (what they like, dislike, find helpful, etc.) and relay this to your human resources representative and/or direct report. Feedback from employees, combined with your input can go a long way in making this program a success within your organization.
